Business Development Manager

Vikroli, Mumbai | In-Office
Social Refuel is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to generate and close corporate clients for events, brand activations, and experiential marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. This role offers significant ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and attractive performance-based incentives.
Requirements: <ul><li>Experience in business development, corporate sales, agency sales, events, or advertising</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills</li><li>Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and cold outreach</li><li>Proven ability to convert prospects into paying clients and achieve revenue targets</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with client meetings and presentations</li><li>Ability to coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and pitch decks</li><li>Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred</li></ul>
